Does it cost anything to join?
No. Membership is free and available worldwide. You never have to buy a product to belong.
Do I need to practise yoga?
No. Morning Yogis, midnight Weirdos and everyone in between are equally welcome. There is no yoga requirement of any kind.
Do I need to be an influencer?
No. Y+W is looking for people who genuinely enjoy the brand, not follower counts. Likes alone never decide anything.
Can I join outside the U.S. and Canada?
Yes. Membership, content, story sharing, Strike the Pose and digital recognition are global. Physical rewards are not available outside the U.S. and Canada initially, and product testing is limited to select opportunities.
What's the difference between belonging and privileges?
Belonging is permanent unless you close your account or break community rules. Extra privileges are earned through participation, and can be lost if participation stops. You stay welcome either way.
What happens if I miss a quarterly commitment?
One miss gives you an improvement opportunity. Two consecutive misses mean Y+W may reassign you to a better-fit category after reviewing your circumstances. You can qualify again later.
What if I never get a testing assignment?
You are not penalised. Members are not marked down for unavailable assignments, inventory problems, missing system information or other reasonable circumstances outside their control.
Must testers write positive reviews?
Never. Positive feedback is not required and cannot be required. Constructive negative feedback is treated as equally valuable, and Y+W asks permission before using any testimonial commercially.
How do affiliate commissions work?
Approved Storymakers get a unique link or code. When an eligible purchase is tracked to it, a negotiated commission is calculated. Rates vary by agreement, customers do not automatically get a discount, and every material connection must be disclosed.
How is my data used?
One member, one record. You are never asked for social account passwords, only authorised connections. You can review and correct your record. AI helps with tracking and summaries, but people make membership decisions.
Can employees earn commissions?
No. House Weirdos are excluded from affiliate commissions and sales revenue sharing. Employees have a separate internal recognition and benefits system instead.
